Hybrid Training
Strength, muscle, and conditioning built to live together. Lift heavy and still run, row, and recover the next day. This is the core of everything I do.
Former bodybuilder / Hybrid coach
For years I built a physique that looked the part but couldn't back it up. So I rebuilt it. Now I coach you to be strong, lean, and actually able to use it. 1-on-1, straight from me.
01 / Who I am
My story doesn't start in a gym. It starts with discipline, the boring kind. Showing up when nobody's watching and doing what I said I'd do, years before I ever stepped on a stage.
I competed as a bodybuilder for seven years, national and European level. Medals and trophies, sure. But mostly it was thousands of quiet, unglamorous hours nobody ever sees. I came out of it knowing how to build a body down to the gram.
Problem was, I had a physique I couldn't really use. Looked strong, wasn't. So I tore my training down and rebuilt it around an engine: running, rowing, sleds, real conditioning. Same discipline, bigger job. Now I coach people who are done choosing between looking strong and being strong. You get both. That's the whole point.
My story / How I got here
Where it started
Before I ever touched a barbell, I already knew what discipline costs. Early mornings. Doing the boring thing on repeat when there's no one around to see it.
Everything else got built on that. I was never the most gifted guy in the room. I was the one who kept showing up. Still am.
The first reps
The first time I trained with real intent, something clicked. Progress I could actually measure, week to week. A body that started answering back.
I got hooked on the process, not the result. Read everything, tried most of it, kept what worked and binned what didn't. Same way I coach today.
On stage
Competing rewired how I see the body. When you're chasing symmetry and conditioning down to the gram, you learn fast: a physique gets engineered on purpose. Nobody wishes their way onto a stage.
Deficits, meal timing, recovery, a plan you actually stick to. I learned how the whole machine fits together, and how to leave as little as possible to chance.
The payoff
Two national championships won, and a shot at the European stage. All of it only a few years into training.
More than the medals, it taught me how the body actually works. How muscle gets built, how fat comes off, how far discipline and plain hard work can push a physique. Bodybuilding handed me the whole blueprint for chasing a goal you can see in the mirror. But I kept asking myself the same question: what good is a body that looks the part and can't do a thing with it?
The turn
So I tore it all down and rebuilt. Same discipline, new target: an engine. Running, rowing, sleds, the ugly conditioning work most people skip.
For the first time, strong and capable stopped fighting each other. My body could finally do everything it looked like it should.
Today
I didn't leave bodybuilding because I failed at it, or because it failed me. I left because it had already given me everything I needed.
Now I put those seven years to work for you. I know the shortcuts to the physique you actually want, and I make sure you build the engine to go with it. The look is only half the job. That's the whole point.
02 / What I coach
Strength, muscle, and conditioning built to live together. Lift heavy and still run, row, and recover the next day. This is the core of everything I do.
Strip fat without torching your muscle or your metabolism on the way down. Sensible deficits, real food, training that keeps you looking built the whole time.
Muscle you can actually use, built to stay. Smart programming off the core principles of hypertrophy, so you grow on purpose. The aesthetics come with it.
Macros, meal structure, and a straight answer on supplements: what's worth your money and what's a scam. Fuel that matches the work.
03 / Results
Real clients putting in real months. Faces blurred for their privacy, the results left exactly as they came in.
